1. Returns and Refunds
a. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at info@drinknext.be within 10 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions on returning the product, and upon verification, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.
b. Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or we will issue a refund after receiving the incorrect item.
c. Unsatisfactory Products: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee may apply.
2. Refund Process
a. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@drinknext.be. Provide your order number and details about the issue.
b. Return Authorization: For eligible returns, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
c. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
d. Refund Issuance: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Non-Refundable Items
a. Opened or Used Products: We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or used products.
b. Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations
a. Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it. Contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
b. Processed Orders: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please follow the return process outlined above.
